Our Team

Diva Keren, Founder

Diva Keren is the founder of Diva Keren Executive, a fastgrowing company specializing in consulting and recruiting for executive and senior management position. Our sector specialisms include: Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices, Biotechnology, Diagnostics, Healthcare IT, Cyber security for medical applications, IoMT.

Diva has over 15 years of experience in the Human Resources sector. Prior to founding the Company in 2004, Diva established and managed the Life Sciences department of a well-known recruitment consulting firm, serving as an HR manager for various biotech companies. Before specializing in the executive search profession, Diva managed the Human Resources department for a major IT company.

Diva began her career as a copywriter in an advertising agency, after which she managed social government projects for six years.

Diva received her bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science and her master’s degree in Gerontology
from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev

Diva is also a certified coach, with a diploma from Tel Aviv University.

Shany Medina, CEO

Talent acquisition leader with 10+ years in building and leading innovative talent acquisition teams.

In her role, Shany is responsible for a fast-growing company specializing in consulting and recruiting for executive and senior management positions.

Our sector specialisms include: Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices, Biotechnology, Diagnostics, Healthcare IT and Cyber security for medical applications.

She is extremely focused on customer service oriented to provide our clients the highest level of recruiting excellence.

During her career Shany had worked as Talent Acquisition leaders such as Teva,

she brings a broad view and insights on the labor market, future workplace and market demand for talents.

Mor Bonda, Talent acqusition manager
Mor is responsible for project management and has experience in talent discovery processes for key positions in the fields of pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices and Life Sciences.

Mor is applying strategies to identify candidates for senior positions developed by Diva Keren Creative HR, utilizing various resources such as social networks and databases, as well as combining knowledge about potential candidates, relevant companies and familiarity with the industry.

Mor monitors projects progress and supports our management team and professional consultants.

Mor has a background in Psychology and is currently completing a degree in Social Sciences and Management at the Open University of Israel.
